Counseling Tailored to Meet Your Unique Needs
Unlimited Visions empowers Black women 30–50 to navigate life transitions—such as career shifts, motherhood, caregiving, and relationship changes—while nurturing emotional wellness and building fulfilling relationships through culturally affirming, personalized therapy. During our sessions, we will work to figure out what is causing the problems and work together toward a better solution to handling those situations when they arise.
Our Session Outline
For those looking to start sessions, but unsure about the process, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss what brought you to us and our path forward with regular sessions. Weekly sessions range from 30 minutes to a full hour based on your personal needs. I can even accommodate virtual sessions if you cannot make it into the office.
