A complimentary 15-minute consultation provides an opportunity to briefly discuss your needs, ask general questions about services, and determine whether Unlimited Visions Therapeutic Services may be a good fit for you. Consultations are not therapy sessions and are not intended for crisis support, clinical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

The initial assessment is the first appointment, designed to help us understand your concerns, history, current needs, strengths, and goals for therapy. Together, we will determine the most appropriate treatment approach and next steps for care. Additional fees could be assessed for Substance abuse assessments

60 min session providing a confidential, supportive space to explore personal concerns, manage stress, process emotions, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal goals.

45 min session providing a confidential, supportive space to explore personal concerns, manage stress, process emotions, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal goals.

30 min session providing a confidential, supportive space to explore personal concerns, manage stress, process emotions, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal goals.

Couples/ Families therapy helps members better understand each other, improve communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict, strengthen connection, or address challenges affecting their relationships.

Paperwork completion includes the review and completion of forms, letters, documentation, or other requested materials that require clinical information, provider verification, or professional input. Processing time is typically 7-10 business days after all required information has been received.

Expedited paperwork completion is available for requests that need to be completed sooner than the standard processing timeframe. Expedited requests are subject to provider availability

Paperwork follow-up applies to additional communication, revisions, clarification, or coordination needed after the initial document has been completed. This may include communication with schools, employers, agencies, insurance providers, or other approved parties.

A no-show fee may be charged when a client does not attend a scheduled appointment and has not provided notice of cancellation. Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, and insurance does not cover missed-appointment fees.

A late-cancellation fee may be charged when an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than [24] hours’ notice. Providing advance notice allows the appointment time to be made available to another client who may be waiting for care.
